Shipping Costs

Sasha La Mer ships internationally and delivers orders to your address via economy courier. The rates are currently as follows:

Denmark: Free delivery and returns is offered on all orders in Denmark, except for Greenland and Faroe Islands

EU: From 12 EUR depending on zone, free for orders above 300 EUR. The respective shipping rate will be shown during check out.

Outside EU: 30 EUR, free for orders above 500 EUR.

Delivery Time

  1. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
  2. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched. Orders are normally dispatched from Denmark but may occasionally be dispatched from other locations.
  3. For products in stock, delivery time in Denmark is normally 1-2 days, and for international destinations normally 4 to 10 days, holidays and weekends excluded. Deliveries may take longer during the Christmas period.
  4. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers. However, please note that Sasha La Mer is not responsible for delays due to customs or any other reasons, while your order is in transit.

Insurance

Sasha La Mer insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Sasha La Mer and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Taxes and Duties

Orders within EU do not incur any additional taxes or duties.

For all other countries outside the EU, including UK, you will be charged the respective amounts by the courier company at the time of customs clearance in your country.
