Isabella is made of Eucalyptus fiber - also called Lyocell. This is a man-made fiber created from eucalyptus wood pulp using an organic solvent N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide. This is a new generation viscose fiber. 

Lyocell has a smooth, uniform texture (it does not slip), looks like dense wet silk and has an ashy shade, slightly velvety and has a slight soft shine inherent in natural silk, 
Sasha La Mer use this fabric in two versions:

1) 100% Lyocell and
2) 30% Lyocell with 70% traditionel viscose.
